I saw on the news the other night that's coffee is supposed to be really good for you - improves your mood, makes your heart strong and your mind sharp, even lengthens your life.

But I wanna know this - if a little is good, is a lot better?

Can you overdo the coffee?

Do yourself harm from partaking too often or enjoying too much?

Can you become an addict and OD?

Or even get so caught up in all that java goodness that you end up breaking your grinder?
