Many years ago, my husband and I were visiting Revere Beach, Massachusetts.2 really cool events took place while we were there. The first one took place right after Hurricane Gloria back in'85.When the storm ended, the shoreline was so receded and all this debris had washed up on shore. There were actually old shipwrecks covered in sea weed.It was kinda wierd.
Then a second time we visited that same beach, they kept people off the beach for sea turtle hatching. No kidding, right at the exact prescribed time on that exact day, millions of tiny little turtles dig their way out of the sand and run for the water!Gosh that was really neat to see.
