CUT OFF AGE for HALLOWEEN

ok, i have a problem with adults who TRICK-OR-TREAT as they push along their INFANT in a stroller and no other child in site.

and sometimes i have problems with a gang of the older “kids" of 17-20 who arent even costumed especially if i am running low on goodies for the kids of say, 5-12.

but i do feel bad for the older teens 13-17 if they really still like getting dressed up and dont cause trouble, heck i dont mind giving them goodies too.

what do you think? MULTIPLE VOTING. (sorry, i thought it would say that)
