yeah.....when i was first diagnosed..i was pretty athletic and in shape. I didnt eat junk and i did perrie water. NO BODY ELSE in my immediate family has it either! i have been losing some weight doing pool physical therapy twice a week. i also see some strengthening too. so i am keeping up with it for as long as possible.
