That is his wife not him, he himself has only been in NC around 25 years. He has not even stated any tribe names either. Marrying into a North Carolina tribe does not make her heritage your own. If his kids wanted to enroll in that tribe the mother is from, could she use her father? no. Her ancestors is not his ancestors.
