Mashed cauliflower is awesome. Just have to watch the butter and salt.

Not that I will be at Denver March but in prep for powwow season I'm dropping the amount of sugar intake. I switched to drinking mostly unsweetened black tea. As for exercise, lots of leg work and lots of yoga style stretching every day.
