Potato salad, yummy. I haven't made potato salad in ages. Bless those Inca farmers for their hundreds of potato species.

Do you sprinkle cider vinegar on the potatoes before they cool? I cool my peeled potatoes in a ziplock with a few Tbsps of cider vinegar. Drain any excess, add tons of chopped dill pickles, diced onion, stone ground mustard, mayo, salt, ground black pepper and a shot of hot sauce....
