The green chiles with potatoes and chorizo is good. If you're ever in Houston, you got to try the version that Goode Company serves for breakfast at their Kirby Dr. taqueria. Yummy. Or you could just haul a couple blocks up Kirby and go to their BBQ place for the smoked duck, turkey breast, and/or brisket and some jalapeno-cheese bread. (Now that they've built those apartments and more parking on Bates St, the mosquito-filled ditch is gone and humans are the only species eating on the patio, LOL. Back when I was in grad school, some seasons you'd be a pint low after dining al fresco.)
