Chalako, in this context "hit all the stops" means he stopped dancing on the final beat of the drum. Unless Gilisi's son has taken up playing the organ. Oh, wait that is pulling out all the stops.

Fatman's Jerky in Rosewell, NM has a green chile jerky that is too die for. Back in my spider-wrestling days, I used to take it and a couple potatoes when I camped. It made a pretty good green chile, beef and potato soup.

(Spider wrestling - I once had a really ill behaved, half assembled dome tent take flight in high wind in a campground in Bluewater State Park. Catching it was like wrestling a spider.)
