Keeters couldn't have said it better myself... I am on the Seafood diet I see it I eat it... To be honest with you, I am out of shape and need to work on my body however, I have absolutely NO PROBLEM with Stamina when I am dancing jingle as a matter of fact I feel so light when I dance jingle.
