You know your so right. What we consume directly affects the fitness level. I try to watch what I eat, although I do ocassionally treat myself to some junk food.
I haven't drank any sodas in years. The carbonation really does cut your wind! I've tried to get my sons to take heed (2 football players and 1 wrestler) but they just think I'm crazy!
