How would you go about putting on a powwow?

Is there anywhere I could get help on trying to look for some info on how to go about it?

Thanks

Well...

Not a big giant one...
It's a memorial powwow for my Grandma next year. Would that even be enough time?

How do you contact drums to be there?

Since it's a memorial powwow, I suggest keeping it traditional. Approach drums at other powwows and explain to them what your looking for. You'll want to keep costs down, so you will be able to have a give-away, if that is in your traditions. Maybe you can talk some local drums to do it for free, but offer them a small honorarium such as travel or gas money, give them water and such, and make sure they are fed or something. AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, RECRUIT ALL YOUR FAMILY TO HELP, SINCE IT IS IN GRANDMA'S HONOR! You'll need it.
