Calf and Ankle pain when I dance?

It's ALWAYS on my left calf, right near the top of my knee, kind of on the inside, and then it shoots up from my ankle to about halfway up my calf. Always on the inside. I'm not sure if it might be because I put more weight on that side when I dance or what, but it keeps me from going a full song, unless I take tylenol beforehand. Maybe i just need to lose a bit of weight, but my point is, it sucks. I worry I'm going to mess up my legs. Does this ever happen to anyone else?

No.

But they make them for shoes.

I have worn them in moccasins on many occasions.

You might have Plantar Fasciitis. I did, and my podiatrist suggested orthotic inserts for my shoes. I have 3/4 orthotic inserts for my moccs.
