Arrow Eagle Dance from Manitou Springs, Co

Bob 'Swift Eagle' Tafoya is one of 3 generations that has been performing at the Manitou Cliff Dwellings in Manitou Springs, Colorado. The Tafoya family has exhibited their dancing at the Dwellings Museum since 1916.

I wasn't able to view the picture due to complications with my computer.

It is good to see that Bobby is still dancing. I knew him and his brothers Leonard and Mike. I even performed at London's Wembly Arena with Bobby's dad Joe!

wow...

amazing... we were very impressed with their dancing and since it was the first day of the summer season, they kept joking that they were out of shape and it would take a week or so to get back into the groove of things.

Thumbs up Great Picture

We go up to the Cliff Dwellings 4-5 times a summer and they always have great performances. We actually are more impressed now that we know all the effort that goes into the Regalia and the dancing, than we were just as the standard tourists a few years ago.
Glad to see they are back dancing we will have to head up soon.
