I have a Janome i believe it is....not too sure. my b/f gave it to me last year for my birthday, bought it at a sewing machine place up in Oregon. the lady threw in 2 free sewing classes, roll of tear-away, bobbins, roll of heat-n-bond, great tips and scraps of material to practice on. it's a heavy lil sucker tho. I practice on it a lot, haven't had a chance tho these past few couple of weeks. just bought a house so that's keepin me away from it. to get back to it i decided to sew up some curtains for my ba-gillion windows

I've been working on a Singer Quantum 9910 lately, but I also have a Babylock, a White and a Europro.

You know what, it's not the machine.....It's your skill level and feelings that you posess when you start a new outfit. That is the key to a sharp rig!

I have an old Singer like that that was converted to electric. It was my MIL's machine. It has been set into a cabinet and I have almost all of the old attachments. Still works, and sometimes I even prefer it to my portable Pfaff.

My ex mother in law has a machine like that and still sews on it every day! She doesn't do NDN sewing but I can only imagine what she would turn out if she did!
