Question plumes for grass dancers

I have been asked to make a spreader for a friend who is a grass dancer. The spreader needs to be the plumes on antennas. I know how to build the spreader but have never done plumes. any help or tips would be great. thank you

Are you looking for advice on how to attach the plumes or advice on the whole construction of the antenna?
