#2 we do not have a lot of dressed out dancers at our pow wows around Kentucky and contiguous states. Hopkinsville, KY trail of tears is a big competition pow wow and Hermitage, Tenn near Nashville is another. Others can be small at times.
#3. Pow wow culture is only a part of native culture . I am aware of this.

LOL, that was created by ..., hm whom by powwows.com?

I wonder who believed that I am a champion dancer. Champion shooter with the cap and ball Belgien made Colt Army 1860 under the licence granted by Mr. Colt himself to Fabrique Arms un Liege may be.

Found the place where to change that automatic "title"

Once upon a time I was in the army, more precisely with the signal corps and responsible for the armored radio carriers. Used to be M113 with a diesel engine. LOL, The US papers said, max speed is 40 mph which yielded in our papers as 40 km/h.

LOL, the slowest M113 made 87 km/h, the fastest 98 km/h. But only after a cross country test drive which resulted in a brake down of 3/4 of all M113 for about two month. But after that, there were only two of them who broke in the next three years. LOL

What I know is that I know almost nothing and I am not the one who is in the position to tell you what qualification a Traditional Dancer needs.
