Then again, our people never spelled back in the day they only spoke. ojibwemowin is (and was) an oral language, I guess in order for the non speaking ojibs, the writing is a part of learning to speak in the education system, something I never learned in school. With cirriculum being developed all the time with the Ojibway Language teachers I guess they had to develop a system eh!

i know this is an old thread but hey im at school and im too lazy to do any work right now. anyways the reason why im posting is someone talking about how were not suppose to whislte at night. form what i was taught is that if you whistle at night then your mocking those who have passed on. o.0
