Hello! I need some help:
I'm preparing my new fancy shawl regalia for this fall (the first powwow is Labor Day), but I'm having some trouble with the yoke. I want my belt to show (it's very nicely beaded and a family heirloom) but I'm not sure how to make sure the yoke stays on my shoulders while dancing. I am scared that it will turn or even bounce off! Is there any way to make it stay on? I have a more traditional yoke, it only goes down to the bottoms of my breasts and sits on my shoulders. Any advice would be appreciated! |
