Rapid City, South Dakota this is the 4th Annual Well Nations Conference and is being held during the 29th Annual Lakota Nation Invitational - High School Holiday Sports Classic They are also sponsoring a hand game tournament in hono ro of Wilmer Mesteth with $5,000 in prize monies. If you need handgame singers they have Cheyenne Creek Singers lined up to assist (CCS is also providing security!) Anyone wishing to make a difference in their personal well-being, that of their family, community and nation are encouraged to attend. Substance Abuse professionals and chemical dependency counselors, diabetes program workers and clients, employee assistance program workers and clients, youth and/or juvenile delinquency program administrtion and staff, health care and human service providers, domestic violence administrators and workers, etc. all are urged to attend this conference at the Alex Johnson Hotel in Rapid City. Trainers include: Philomene Lakota, Manuel Hamilton, Natasha Bordeaux, Ramon Pedraza, Gloria Cournoyer, Francis Thunder Hawk, Wilmer Mesteth, John Hawk Co'Cke, Jack Laird, Marcella LeBeau, Wayne Weston and Lisa Thompson.
