I've already posted the family photos idiot lol you know what, for fun I think I'll post Ozie's family photo again lol

You forget that "indian" could not legally own land in Georgia till recently.

And Ozie's real name is Ozella, but guess what, I have already posted her name and her family info.

Here is Ozie's family photo taken in Paulding county Ga, Quilla Petty is in the back row.

And here is dicey Petty.

I'm still laughing about the blonde hair
Well, so maybe it was sandy brown, but it looked blonde 'cause you were in the sun. Your mom was wearing a tennis type outfit, it looked like.

And only a child calls names when they can't get their own way and your way is not gonna happen here.LOL So go back and suck your thumb some more.

So what you're saying is that these people lied about their race in order to circumvent a law that said they couldn't own land? You do realize the consequences of you making claims that they were in fact Indian?

Oh and those old photos... lots of lighter haired folks in them, then are inconclusive to your claims that none of you had blonde hair. You are not accounting for artificial colouring, tints or sunbleaching. Black hair btw, is the most common of hair colouring of humans. It is not indicative of being Native. Folks from southern France have one of the highest percentage of black-haired people in all of Europe.

I'm not seeing too many folk in those pictures either that look native... I do see a lot of fair skinned, European looking people though... except the guy at the very back...second from the left... he's a little darker.

Oh I love the way people make stuff up to vindicate themselves and pass on that they are so something that they are not.

You said that your gma Sudie taught you and was all about her NDN heritage. How could she have been?

James R. Petty is on the 1900 Paulding County, GA Federal Census records listed as a "White" Man and he was a widower. All his children are listed as "White" and Ozella was 9 years old at that time, she was the mother of Sudie, but her mother died before she was 9 years old. And if there was any there as you claimed, it would have been Ozella's mother then. Gonna go get more now.LOL

HAHAHAHA There is James R. Petty on the 1900 Census, but then there's a Redwine Petty on the 1880 Census same age as James R. is and he's still listed as "White" and his mother's name is Scintha, father died, I guess? She's not listed as a "widow" or Divorced, but the next one will tell us more. And it's still Paulding Co, GA.

Oh yeah, and James R. Petty was born in 1863 and died in 1948 and is buried in the same cemetery as George W. and Nancy A. Teal, the parents of Thomas John Teal, husband of Ozella Petty. Hmmm, getting more intersting? Still not finding anything that says or leads to them being NDN Creek or anything else.

No not mad at all, found them on all 3 census. Tomas (he went by Thomas J. Teal) married Ozie about 1906, they were living in Paulding County in 1910, 1920 and 1930. Sudie was born about 1909, according to the 1910 census. And the whole family was listed as "White" on all three census' including Ozie, still don't have her maiden name for sure, yet. You say Petty. Might be. But have where his parents are buried and other stuff. Will get back to you on the rest. But for 30 years, federally, they claimed to be "White". Yeah, okay sure whatever you say.LOL

So kinda blows your theory on census records give the actual race huh lol

Some interesting information about the creeks in coweta and villa rica, ga in the 1820's and 1830's.

Where the name Senoia came from is difficult to determine. There are four main variations to the origins of the name Senoia. They are listed below in the order of their likelihood as the source for the name Senoia.
(1) Senoya He-ne-ha was the wife of Captain William McIntosh. Their son, also named William McIntosh was both a General in the army and a chief in his band of Creek Indians. Senoya was a member of the prestigious Wind Clan of the Creek Indians. This is what established the idea of "Princess Senoia."

(2) From an edition of a one-time Senoia paper, the Enterprise-Gazette, comes this quotation concerning the naming of the town: "John Williams suggested the name Senoia for an Indian Chief of that name, a medicine man and philanthropist, noble, brave, and generous, who lived near the present location of Sargent.

(3) Another newspaper account in 1873 held that Colonel William C. Barnes came up with the name in honor of a clever Indian who formerly resided in the community.

(4) Others say that Senoia comes from an Indian word for the title of Chief William McIntosh, Shenoywa.

http://www.senoia.com/history.htm

Early Villa Rica had a Wild West atmosphere complete with Indians, horse thieves, and vigilante justice. The Creek Indian village was located on Sweetwater Creek east of town. They were hunters, not warriors, and were friendly toward the white settlers eventually taking on work amongst the settlers. Townspeople were invited to Creek celebrations including a three day festival held each autumn with lots of food and activities. At some point later in the 1830s, the Creeks moved to either Arkansas or Oklahoma but local records are unclear whether or not this was by choice or part of the Trail of Tears.

Yeah was not expecting that huh timmy lol.

Your painting yourself into a corner lol

Sin-o-gee, Chilli-cothe, Senoa/Senoya and Daniel Newman Mcintosh is all proven creeks in the Coweta county and villa rica, ga areas.

Sin-the....Senoya...Newman....Coweta...Villa rica....1820-1830

The redwine/readwine/read family was the creek indian traders in coweta county and villa rica, Ga.

And don't say I did not already give you the picture of them in the 1900's. So we already know what they looked like.

And I already showed you they show up as 2 different races depending on which record you look at.....

Go ahead keep painting yourself in a corner.

Austin Newman was in Creek territory with chief mcintosh's family in the 1820's also which is why Chief Mcintosh named his son Daniel Newman mcintosh. Austin Newman's great grandson is who married Senoya Teal.

No I haven't. You've done that so sloppy and nasty and if she's not a real "redwine" then why even have them on there. And so you might have a Creek ancestor 200 years ago, how does that make you anything more then a descendant? And you said your gma new her Native heritage, but her mother dies when she was like 6 years old, how? A crystal ball, they were all listed as White.

That is not in an organized way and it's a mess, no wonder you can't be accepted by the one's who are Recognized, your so-called work is a mess. That's sure nothing to be proud of. The work, if it's good, but it's so sloppy I don't know if it's good, yet. Have to get out my notebook and go through it, but again if she's not a "redwine" then why even have them on there? You throw stuff in to confuse people to make it look like more then what it really is, you have no clue!!!!

Uh, you just showed in that last statement your total ignorance. When people refer to "white" they are referring to "European Culture" and Hungarians are European.LMAO One of my son's good friend's wife is Hungarian her parents came over from Hungary.LOL She said she's "White". And she's Hungarian, so who are you to scoff at someone else's background? Son you really make yourself look bad when you do all that stuff and then scream that other's are being racist against you, I've seen and heard you do that, that's not very nice to do to other's as you have done. I think the dye you used went to your brain, and yes it's out of a bottle that's very obvious so don't even try to kid a woman here. That is NOT your natural hair color, it's a bottle.

LOL--I know what you mean.

I don't know. Now I have to go and try to sift through all that rubbish to get to the bottom of it, wonder how much is actually there or if it's just what I have and thrown in a family that doesn't even belong. Hmmm, really scary thought here.LOL

What TT was getting at is that your photo evidence is no more conclusive than if it had been a picture taken with a bunch of Hungarians. There are no visible references to identify the location of the photo, no unique building characteristics, no reverse marking by the photographer or a photographer's signature on the front to indicate it was even taken in the US. All we have ever had from you is unsourced records from places like ancestry.com and various web based "family" finding sites.

Anyone who wants to stand on their research produces the hard copies (preferably certified copies) of the original documents. Electronic copies can be easily altered. Especially like the ones you have kept producing and relying upon. Have you even gone to the state archives and made copies of these documents or are you relying on the integrity of other people's research to be accurate? Do you comb the internet looking for genealogy sites about names that you think are in your family and scoop all the info other people have probably paid good money to get their hands on and claim it has your own sloppy research?

You seem to have access to a variety of photos, are these photos actually yours? Or did you scoop them off a website? Can you produce the backs of these photos? Old photos usually have some pretty interesting info on the backs.

The photo you have used above says it's from www.jackiepetty.com. Is that your site? Do they know you lifted this picture?

Oh and Hungarians are predominately white... your hickness is coming out.

WOW

ESPN--um go back to sports. Really, I'm not joking here. This was sad to look over.

I have more on your actual family closer then you have in all that mess. You jump around way to much and none of that other stuff is even relevant, yet. You haven't shown back to them when you say that Cynthia (I'm sure that's probably what her name was, no one could spell back then and I've seen Cynthia spelled more way then just what you show in your mess LOL) was not realy a "redwine' but then you liste them and go on with them. Wow

My head is spinning on that one.

Well, I'm going back to the right stuff and the right way.

The reason, is to show you who these redwines was, they was Hardy Read's family, he was the Creek indian's trader of the 1800's in villa rica and coweta county, ga.

See what you do not understand is, Villa rica's native people never was really removed, some did by choice but some stayed, did not hide and did not run away. It was not till the 2000's that it even started becoming a non small community. The area still has around 1000 native american people in the carroll, coweta, and paulding counties.

Her name is not cynthia... it's cinthe. If you said that around any of the petty or teal's you would be laughed out of town lol And it was the census man who could not spell it. Nect your going to say sinogee is synthia also and chillicothe is chilli cynthia also right.

That still doesn't prove anything. Just because the Read was a Trader for the Creek, doesn't prove a darn thing. Son you are way off on this. You seem to think that if a person was anywhere near NDN area or lands that they automatically married into the NDN tribes, there were so many that did not do that. And as for those Counties, it all depended on if they were a part of the NDN lands that the gov wanted in 1838/39 with the Removal Act. Or if it was already "White" lands and they were allowed to remain there. GA didn't want NDN's in that State, that's true. But you need more then to say 'Hey he was a trader for the Creek, so automatically his daughter/granddaughter..etc married an NDN and here I am". No that doesn't work and isn't factual or even fair to your own ancestor's if that's not who they were. That is the sadest part of when people try to use an area instead of their own genealogy or proper documentation to do something and what you miss of knowing about your own ancestor's if they weren't really Creek, well it's just really sad.
