Jesse Jackson did not attend last weekend's Gathering of Nations pow-wow to promote racial healing after the Grammy incident involving OutKast. Litefoot invited Jackson to the event in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Jackson said he would come and try to bring OutKast member Andre 3000, according to Lifefoot's publicist. Litefoot wanted Andre to apologize for depicting Indian culture during his Grammy performance. Andre, his dancers and others on stage wore fake Indian outfits and headdresses. The incident sparked outcry among many Indians. I hate to say it but what do you expect from Jackson. I personally dont believe he has anyone's interest at heart EXCEPT his own.

Well, I too applaud Litefoot for at first calling them out to speak, then calling them out when they didn't. They both had an opportunity to offer understanding and ease some tension. Oh well. Still good call Litefoot. :)

HA!!!!...like that was going to happen, he's out for himself, and besides there probably was no money involved with it, so why bother?

Litefoot is cool! And handsome!
As far as Jesse Jackson, he is all for self! And Jesse Jackson is not the only so called "black leader" that is all for self. In this day and time, there are no more Rosa Parks, Martin Luther King Jr., Thrugood Marshall.
