Wednesday, May 5, 2004

The man convicted of murdering American Indian Movement activist Anna Mae Pictou Aquash is appealing to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Arlo Looking Cloud was found guilty by a jury for the 1975 murder. He was sentenced to life in prison by a federal judge.
