I almost commented a little negatively, only because they are selling traditional and cultural items commercially, which I guess is ok, I personally have a problem with that, but that's just me, but after seeing that a large sum of the money goes to pay the artists and to help preserve the craft/trade, I'll say pretty cool.

Two of my most favourite clothing and jewellery designers are Corinne Hunt and Dorothy Grant. Both use west coast line form drawings as the root of their designs. Same goes for Bill Reid's work. Think of it this way, every time a Native person creates or uses an old design in the modern world, they create with it, the Intellectual Property rights to it. It means less and less of our designs and crafts can be used for mass production out of China and sold as tourist trinkets.
