TENTH ANNUAL CHICKAHOMINY TRIBE GOLF CLASSIC



The Chickahominy Indian Tribe is sponsoring the 10th Annual Golf Classic, which will be held on Monday, November 15, 2004 at the Golden Horseshoe Golf Club, Green Course, in Williamsburg, Virginia.




The tournament format will be Four Person; Captain’s Choice with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m. and Shotgun Start at 10:00 a.m. Entry fee is $300 per team, including cart, greens fee, range balls, refreshments and prizes. Each player will have the option to enter the Long Drive, Closest-to-the-Pins, Closest to the Center Line, Par 3 and 50/50 contests. Contest fees will be an additional $5 per contest. Prizes will be awarded after play. Proceeds support the Tribe’s education/scholarship fund.



Registration deadline is November 5, 2004. Payment must accompany registration form.
