mine would Be Grey Horse Singers of Oklahoma? Because they have made some of the best music since they came together when the group first formed. And Because Jack Anquoe Has a very Different style of singing music.

Thumbs up Fav. southern drum

Hey folkz!

I know it's been awhile since my last post, but I thought I'd post to this repetitive yet entertaining poll.
My favorite is Southern Thunder.

Grayhorse is good , Southern Thunder is great. I like the IICOT singers( I know most of them). Henry Collins is very good as are Jarret and Jason Buffalohead. Sonny Waters is a good singer. I was fortunate at one time (during my military days) to know Mark Tsotai a Methodist minister at Lawton, Ok.. Kennet Anquoe was a real great. I again was priviledged to sing with Joe Cozad, Bruce Katakahdi(forgive the spelling Bruce), Oliver littlecook, and Troy Littleaxe. I know there are many more but I should let someone else have their say.

My all time favorite would have to be Sizzortail. I got to meet a lot of them boys over the years. Pretty cool boys. But I also think Southern Boys and Yellowhammer are pretty tough as well.

????

Why would anyone in their right mine say grayhorse. Gray horse hasn't set up at a powwow since the 80's. Plus the only reason jack anque has a different style is because he puts the word dahki in his songs which means god. And the kiowas dont put god in songs, except for native american church. I know, im kiowa.

Old_G

Oh, and my favorite drum group is yellow hammer. Jimmy's just too much for anybody.
