:D

My son is almost 2 and is a very smart, easily bored, very big, very strong and always in trouble lol.
Look to your father and you'll find the answers in yourself....I hope you can grasp my point.

Children are just small ppl they want to know what every thing is about what makes it tick an how far they can push before it is enough . Strong heart , firm words an lots an lots of patience. Some times its more fun to learn with them , than to try an control their every move.
Yep clippers, twizzers, screw, drivers hammers , an plugs . They make safe plug stops you can find them at lowes wally world etc . All kinds of gizzmos to child proof a home butttttttttttt. Those little ppl still figure it out.
Have eyes like an eagle an switness like a hawk an you will do fine.

Oh Gache. . .something you said reminded me. . .

When my child started getting around more, I thought "Well, I can spend a lot of time saying no, or I can babyproof as much as possible and not have to say no as much." Some folks go with the "no" plan, which works for them. But I babyproofed stuff, like the outlets! Didn't have to have that problem then. ;) I'd rather spend my time doing fun things than having to follow him around telling him what he can't touch all the time. Would make my little guy want it all the more.

Now we've had to anchor some of the taller furniture (bookcases) to the walls, because he's a climber! Of course we keep him down as much as possible, but considering he's already had staples in his head for knocking a statue from a high shelf. . .I decided I'd better play it as safe as possible. :Chatter

My house is as baby proofed as humanly possible without going psycho about it.

He knows how to pull the plug things out. Which he just did and he knows how to take the gates down. He knows how to turn the vcr on and put a tape in. He knows how to work the computer

The dishwasher,
The stove
the fridge
ugh lol

he just finished his food and put it in the fridge for later lol

he just potty trained himself just by watching what i do.

hes not bad just i never get rest except days like this when hes sick and doesnt move around as much :D

Gifts of grass are wonderful!!! ABC chewing gum gifts from off the floor or ground are'nt so nice... or gifts of spiders and bugs and dead flies and ants ...these are the grand gifts my kid gave me..along with every weed I'm allergic too. I was'nt sure if I had a child or a cat at times.
