can anyone suggest the easiest way to clean a deer hide?

i am trying to find out the easiest and quickest way to remove the hair off a deer hide. we've tried soaking it with charcoal but we are still having trouble. please, if anyone has suggestions, respond. thanks.

a teaspoon of sulphuric acid added to water then add the hide let it soak until you can scrap it off with ease should be a couple of weeks.
