Here in AZ, you have to get to the site hours before hand and wait in the blazing sun and hope 9 PM comes soon enough. To be proactive, i booked a room at a hotel right across from where a show is going to take place so i can hang out in the whirlpool and watch the fireworks and not worry about parking and traffic afterwards.
That's what happens at Pechanga Powwow fireworks show, people drive in with carloads of kids, the powwow grounds swell up with people to the point nobody can move.

Vendors love the extra cash-flow, but dancers can't move through the crowds.

I actually drove in on the old back road from Pala Rez to avoid the traffic snarl in front of Pechanga.

Also, there are NO hotel rooms around Temecula during Pechanga Powwow.

Part of the problem is Temecula Wineries and Wine County Tours are a growing business.

The wineries offer shuttle/limo from the hotels, so you can "sample" all day and get a ride back in a limo, not a cop car LOL

Pechanga Casino is very successful, the area demographics are perfect for business. $$$$$$$$$

I had the best 4th of July EVERRR!!!

We drove down to Apache and were NuMuNu's all weekend...it was so amazing!! My dad had the biggest party ever...he did it up big for the entire family...cookout (lots of food), horseshoes, volleyball, huge bounce house/waterslide castle, a live blue's band (The Red Road Blues Band: Terry Zotigh, Cecil Gray, and my Haskell bro Dustin Miller) and fireworks of course...lots and lots of fireworkds....we called it the Nevaquaya 4th of July Extravaganza! #LuLuLuLuLuLu
