Have some ME time. When ya get mad go into your bedroom and scream into a pillow or play some out of control music. Then after you get your anger out...put one some music you can't HELP but get happy to. Sounds silly but it does work!!!

Sarcasm is a great charm as well. I'm sarcastic and cynical as heck sometimes...but it keeps me from going off on people. Plus....when ya really think about why you're mad...it's probably not even worth gettin mad over. So that's something to always remember too.
Other than that....that's all I can think of! GOOT LUCK! :)

I also would try to think what is going on that maybe the root of the swings. Could it be a health problem..ie: thyroid.. blood sugar level.. hormone level etc. Is it something in my environment... stress or job or relationship. While it is good to keep ourselves in check we as women a lot of times are too easy to blame ourselves and not get to the root of the cause. Just some things to consider.

I'm sure most of us have had our share of mood swings. Most of the time it can be controlled. Alot of good advice was given in the previous two posts, so I won't elaborate too much. When you're in a bad mood, just count to 1 to 10 (maybe more...depends on how you're feeling) and take deep breaths. That helps alot, too. But be forewarned that your mood swings or outbursts can affect the people around you-parents, sibling, husband, coworkers, etc. Your mood swings can cause negative feelings from all who is effected. You don't want that.

Have you checked your birth control (if any) if they have any side effects? I know that most birth control pills/shots have alot of effect on women. Check with your doctor to lower your dose, if that helps.

Make an appointment with your physician to have an examination done. Explain to your doc what's been happening and like Mato and other's have said - rule out any chemical imbalances in your body - like thyroid or blood sugars. If you suspect you may be pregnant have a test done.

Also be aware that if the heat has been extreme or intense lately that can also cause physical and emotion strain. Drink extra water and try to stay cool.

Bottom line though is take extra care of you!

I Dont Think That I Could Be Pregnant I Just Had A Miscarrige 2 Weeks Ago Today :( But It Started Before That And Just Seems To Be Getting Worse But Maybe I Dont Know Gotta Get A Test

Please do see a doctor and at least rule out things like bi-polar, etc.; but like someone else said, if you recently had a miscarriage (and I'm so sorry about that) your hormones are going to be like WILD. It may take some time for them to calm down. While all us armchair docs mean well you really need to be assessed by your doctor or health care provider. Take care!
