Dear Cmomma:

Is it true that the very old ceremony of smudging with turkey sage stuffing under your armpits keeps you fresh like a daisy all day?

I know this is true because I had a dream about a Butterball Turkey telling me in English to do it.

Should I add cranberries to the smudge for extra dryness protection?

MEEGotcha,

annnd another one. This took place during a conversation in which someone suggested that "women ought to rule the world"... her post:

Quote:
"Fascist for wondering out loud if a different system of government with a different type of people overall in charge would be different? Something that's a logical impossibility in any case, which I acknowledged in my original post?

Perhaps I should have instead wondered what would happen if we had a system like some Native Americans, where a matriarchy was in place for some tribes, and then maybe I'd get accused of....?? socialism?"
I told her:

"Romanticizing pre-Columbian America, grandstanding, exploitation of Native culture for your own political agenda, exposing your ignorance of said culture by automatically equating matriarchal tribes with the Eurocentric/western mode of feminism, passive-aggressive misandry, playing the race card of a race to which you don't even belong, twinkiedom, and maybe a little pandering......but not socialism."

Did I miss anything?.
windanncer likes this.
