Scrolling problem

I'm having a problem with having to scroll to the bottom of the page to view the threads or anything. Then I have to really scroll side to side. Is it just me or are others having that problem. I didn't use to have to do that.
If it's me what can I do to stop it?

What kind of mouse do you have? Did it come with a disc? Just need a lil more info. Is it a new mouse for your system? USB?
