Mohave High School teacher dies in auto crash

Fort Mohave, Arizona (AP)

A western Arizona high school teacher has been killed in an auto accident. The Mohave Daily News reports 29-year-old Valerie Palermo died last week at a hospital in Fort Mohave south of Bullhead City.

Fort Mohave Tribal Police say Palermo was riding in a sports car when the car left the roadway and flipped over.

Authorities say the Mohave High School teacher was transported to a local hospital where she later died.
