Anybody have a Blue Corn Mush recipie for me?

I know I ask so much of you all, but you see....my mom can't cook. She'll admit it....I learned more from my ex boyfriend than from her.
Does anyone have a blue corn mush recipie for me? I know somebody does...c'mon Wyo....you have so many good ones.....

1 part cornmeal
2 parts water
salt to taste

Mix the cornmeal in the water, until smooth. Cook over medium heat until thickened.

Sure I got one blue corn and 2 for regular (yellow) cornmeal:

Blue Corn Mush

Combine 3 cups water and 1 teaspoon salt, bring to a boil. Mix 1 cup blue corn meal with 1 cup of cold water until it's smooth (no lumps). Slowly pour the meal/cold water into the pan of boiling water, stirring all the while. Turn the fire to low and let boil slowly for 10 minutes.

Either serve in a bowl as a porridge or hot cereal OR you can thin it with water (or hot chocolate or coffee) and serve as a beverage.

Or you can use meat broth instead of the boiling water then pour the cooked mush it into an oiled loaf loaf pan. After it gets cold, slice and fry (in bacon grease YUM!).

Gramma's Breakfast Mush

Heat 2 1/2 cups milk in a bowl over boiling water. Combine 1 cup cornmeal, 1 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 cup cold water (in that order) and stir until smooth. -Gradually- add the cold cornmeal to the hot milk, stirring constantly until it is well combined. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occassionally, or until thickened. Cover and cook for about 20 to 25 minutes longer. (My Mom's handwriting says "put it on the back of the wood stove long enough to set the table and make a pot of coffee - about 20 or 25 minutes").

Serve in bowls topped with butter and maple syrup.

Quick Fried Mush

Mix 1/2 tsp salt into 2 cups of corn meal, pour on 1 cup of hot water, then add enough cold water (about 1 1/2 cup) to thin the mush so it pours slow out of the bowl (like really thick pancake batter). Add 2 generous tablespoons of bacon fat and drop mush by spoonfuls on a hot griddle or skillet. Turn occasionally until both sides are brown.
