easy crockpot Beef Diablo

Beef Diablo

Recipe By : Rival's Crock-Pot Slow Cooker Cuisine; 1995
Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00
Categories : Beef

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
3 pounds beef arm or boneless pot roast (up to 4 lb)
3 potatoes -- peeled and sliced
1 onion -- sliced
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar

serves 4 to 6

Trim all excess fat from roast. Place potatoes and onion in bottom of
Crock-Pot.

Make a smooth paste of flour, mustard, chili sauce, Worchestershire sauce,
vinegar, and sugar. Spread over top of roast (cut roast in half, if
necessary, to fit easily). Place roast in Crock-Pot on top of potatoes and
onions. cover and cook on Low for 10 to 12 hours or on High for 5 to 6 hours.

Get you a double size one.I got one and love it.Did roasts 1 time-put in a beef roast,a bison roast and a piece of pork roast,potato's,onions .Had people getting silly trying to get more. My crock pots and my cast Iron are definaetly in good use.

definitely get a bigger crock pot or a large pressure cooker. You'll make the money back on the time you save and you'll use it forever - unless you drop it!

dang. That recipe sounds good!

If you get a new crock pot definitely get one with the removable crock. I got one last year for the holidays and use it a lot - and the messy crock goes in the dishwasher!
