Pow Wow Points
PowWows.com now has Pow Wow points.
Like the old Karma, you can build up points by actions on the Gathering--new threads, replies, views of your posts, etc. With these points you can cash them in on things such as custom titles, change your username, and more. There will be more additions to the Pow Wow points coming soon also! Hope you enjoy! |

On the main page of the forum is a link to the store where you can spend your points.

There is also a lottery for points! You need to go to the store and buy a ticket. The drawing for 1000 points will be 11/6/2002.
Good Luck! |

sounds very interesting!
But I'm confused! With what action can you earn how many points? I just posted one post and I got over 2000 points??? How does that work? ![]() ![]() ![]()

Alright!!! I have enough point's for a lottery ticket. I'm a bit of a gambler that way.
Typical NDN huh? Just have to spend it right away. LOL I have one question for the Webmaster. What is the Criteria for the points? I see some with allot of Post's but less point's and some with less post's and more points. |

Does this count from Thread's or Post's that we already have? Or is it from here on out?
I started a Thread that got quite a few replies and was just wondering if I should throw some new topics in now that we have the point thing. |

If you have a thread on the forums now that has 24 replies. When it hits 25 you will get the 50 points, but you will not get the 20 for 10 replies. Does that make sense?

You don't get points for posts and replies in the past, but if you thread hits a benchmark now, then you get the points.

There was a rate feature that was installed with this and some people did use it before I could uninstall that piece.
Thanks |
