My son is well. Thank you. No the weather is not getting any better. Just when we thought that it was warming up, which I was not happy about because I don't like warm weather, we hear there's another nor'easter coming our way. I want the cold temperatures, not the snow that's coming with it. LOL.

I understand what you're saying about your area. I can live with cool temperatures too even if it is not too cold. As long as it is not hot, I am okay with it. I just do not like to sweat. I need to feel cool and dry. I don't mind the rain if I am indoors. I do not like to go out in the rain. For some reason, the rain makes me feel melancholy.

That's kinda cold but not so cold. I hope you don't get flooded being that you live below sea levels. That would be awful. Right now we're having a nor'easter. It's like a blizzard. We're expecting 8 to 12 inches of snow by tonight. I hope not but we'll see. The schools closed for today & some business sent people home early from work. I feel bad for my older son. He has to work tonight in these near blizzard conditions. He's a chef. I mean I don't think people are going to be going out to eat in weather like this so his boss should just close down the restaurant. My son does not drive so he would be travel either on foot by walking an hour to work or by bicycle pedaling risking falling in the snow. My prayers to his boss that he will close down the restaurant & send his employees home. No one should be out in this weather. I am glad I'm home. I am old & can't afford to fall & break my bones out here. Hehe. I love & need the cold. The snow is a different story.

You are correct ! To be "zoned in" on something is to be totally concentrating on the subject. When a dancer "zones in" during a song , you can see that he doesn't see anything around him. He is totally consumed by the song. His dancing would be exceptional ! Slang in the English language , can be brutal ! LOL

You're still freezing in your area? Oh how I wish I was still freezing in mine being that it is still Winter. It is warm in my area and I am not happy about that. I prefer the cold temperatures. I don't like warm weather. LOL.

And yes, I agree. Keeping silent is good for me. Yes, difficult topic. I am learning though about what is true and what is not true. I am just an observer at this point. :)
