Sad news today, of the passing of Vernon Harragarra. The pow wow world and Otoe-Misouria tribe lost a great friend. As you may know, Vernon, has been battling cancer.
The family advises, services are pending and Vernon will be brought back to Oklahoma, for traditional burial services...
