    Louise Gawhega, Ponca tribal member and resident of Ponca City, died Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2008, at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. She was 70. Arrangements are pending with Grace Memorial Chapel.
    The only time its too late to start dancing is when you're dead.
