New from the ground that bears me
Swinging in tides to take root
I shake free from the tendrils
And taste the budding spirit of form

Before me the road stands ready
And I abide the seed to roam
Dark from the sun that loves me
Eager for what waits to be seen

Eyes that long for the wonders
Heady from a soul full of dreams
    Autumn sometimes comes quick
Leaves can get caught in a storm

Far from the tree that bound me
I fell to freedom and you mourn
    My step has never faltered
    Nor wistful for yesterdays

I have reached the banks of this river
To a destiny we have always known
And for the crossing I stand ready
To taste the quiet spirit of home

Rhymey but it works. I liked your usage of abide. Not too many folks can pull that one off. Right on.

I was at a redlight (stopped of course) and all of the sudden this little nissan truck rams me from behind, he was going at least 35. No screeching from putting on brakes or no warning what so ever! Bam! I was hit so hard the vent...

Here's an explanation... this took some careful thinking to write. If you're going to reply 'we don't wanna hear it' don't bother - I know some won't.

Thoughts on the Red Road vs. Rainbow Tribe Way
        by Mato Winyan
This is a letter I received from a person that I have permission to post here. This is a result of a discussion on a group on the net. It was started because a person came on the site and posted a "prophesy" by the Rainbow Tribe. I felt that this man explained things extremely well without...
