As we walk we look to the Sun
Remembering our way and how it begun
We look up to know about the sky
    To see whats there
    Truth and no lies

We stand together along our walk
Lead by the ancestors that begin to talk
Looking inward for the Spirit to shine
Surrounded by the ancestors we must rise

For this is the day that all will stand
    Together forever hand and hand
As we march over the hill
With the wind blowing we shall be still

Calmness begins to settle in our heart
    A time for new beginnings
    This is our start
Keep your head held up high
    Today is the Day
    Be humble with pride
As we all stand and Remember why

May the Great Spirit Bless you

    Take Care

    Duwamish

    When you are in doubt, be still, and wait;
when doubt no longer exists for you, then go forward with courage.
    So long as mists envelop you, be still;
be still until the sunlight pours through and dispels the mists
    -- as it surely will.
    Then act with courage.

Humankind has not woven the web of life.
We are but one thread within it.
Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves.
    All things are bound together.
    All things connect.

    We Won
    by tanner
The days go by as we move on
    Walking in sacred circles
    Surrounded by our own
We continue our dance and sing our song

You tell us to quit for it is no use
We carry on marching just to get through
    This is our story
And this is how we move
