  • River of Judgment

Your judgment is like a river

    Washing over me

    Drowning me

Watching for me to slip up

That's when you make your move, attack when I'm off guard

    Your judgment starts flowing

    Moving faster, and stronger

    Until it's out of control

You don't notice how your judgment effects others

You just carry on with your ways, your judgment raging like always

    But, one of these days.....

    One of these days.....

A river of judgment will wash over you.

I sent you a message on this one. I like the way you speak about such a deep and rough subject in a softened tone.Makes the reader want to listen.

I just read your message and thank you.

Also, I'm glad you know about the poetry forum now. There are some good poems in here.

When I was young, I felt I knew everything but was capable of nothing, limited by lack of knowledge and focus.

But I had hope because I didn't know better.

Older, I realize I know little but am capable of anything, if I apply knowledge WITH focus.

But, at times, I am hopeless because I have learned.

I often wonder if knowledge is worth losing hope because, whilst moving oceans with a cup is impossible, it isn't if we ALL try it.

And, then, I have hope again.

          Makes a lot sense!
