I have a friend who has the saline solution and has for six years and never had a problem with it, she loves having them and her clothes fit alot better and her self esteem is alot better than before, but this stuff is pretty scary...

I wouldn't have to resort to that but even if my boobs were smaller, I wouldn't even think about it. Plastic surgery is only a temporary fix for a long term problem: lack of self esteem. Saline, reductions, caps, implants (chin cheekbone), etc are physical renovations that should not be expected to cure emotional or mental ailments.

If you don't truly love yourself BEFORE these types of drastic invasions, then you won't love yourself after.

Plastic surgery is stoopid! Have you seen farrah fawcett on tv lately? Her face is all twisted and her mouth is moving all weird - if you're thinking about getting it - think long and hard about it.

Wacko is a special case, he is truly lost. But for people who think a few nips and tucks or enhancements will truly further them in any way except securing a spot in the Ron Jeremy All Star Reunion, is sadly mistaken.

Plastic surgery is for wussies. True strength lies in loving what you got.

By "plastic surgery", I assume you mean cosmetic plastic
surgery. Plastic surgery does have a place if someone is
born with a deformity (e.g. cleft palate and harelip), or if
they are disfigured as a result of an accident. A few years
ago I had a lipoma (fatty cyst) the size of half an orange
removed from my back; it was causing a lot of discomfort.
That was a case of "legitimate" plastic surgery.
But silicone impants? (Breast for women, pectoral for men)
                  are stupid--and dangerous.

You are right, I was going to mention various "deformities". I can also agree with women who have had masectomies. Having one breast can understandibly cause immmense emotional stress.

But for someone who just wants to enhance/"correct" certain attributes that they, by societical conditioning, feel should be different; that is just wrong.

Excuse me while I call Gluteus Maximize to book my surgery before the "Two Buns for the Price of One" special is over...

I feel sorry for the women that had to go thru such pain, but sometimes thats what you get for trying to be vain..

I would tell anybody that wanted implants not to get them. I was a c before i got pregnant and now i am a double d. I want a breast reduction because im 27 years old and my back hurts because of the weight of my breasts. that i believe is a reason to have a surgery done. Im not trying to improve myself, im trying to improve my health. I dont want to be in a back brace or something like that because iv carried too much weight for too long. thats just my 2 cents.
