    Hello everyone, what’s your daily habit that would make your health better? Let’s share with us here.

    My habit to maintain good physical health is to exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. And at the same time, I drink a lot of water, which helps my skin stay hydrated and keeps my face fresh. I also make sure that every meal includes three different sources of fruit or veggies, at least. This guarantees that I obtain a variety of vitamins and minerals throughout the day, which can improve my general health and immunity.​
