VERY INSPIRING!! I'm psyched for my 6 week program! is what it is...

I had to watch it a 2nd time to get all the info.

The Plunkett-Marquez family lost over 150 in 6 weeks as a family. Mom lost over 30, Sis lost 30, Son lost over 50(!), and Gma lost 18 but lowered her blood glucose and cholesterol signifigantly.

Of course, Jillian is abrasive and I know I could not handle being around her. The family and the community had to put up with her throwing out the frybread, but other than that - she was trying to not offend the whole tribe.

It was cool just seeing the people of the Yavapai-Apache community. I LOVED all the Apache camp dresses. My mother-in-law (San Carlos Apache) had me make her one and I never really saw anyone in one before that. is what it is...

Thats really cool Wyo. My big accomplishment is finally drinking water (heat and humidity helped me) but still not enough.

Yep, I'm finally drinking more water...the heat is helping. And I try to walk everyday, but it's more like 3-4 days a week.

I did go buy a money order for my gym membership...gonna make it over there any day now.
   is what it is...
