How to do battle with stress and over-eating

    Firstly keep calm,This is something very natural nowadays.If you are eating a lot then take it easy.Try to eat healthy food.Prefer having food which is good nutritionally.Take vegetables and fruits in your meals.And hangout with friends to reduce stress listen to the music that will help you.Just stop bothering things which irritates you.
