  • "I HEREBY CHALLENGE THE ELDERS" email

My friend sent me this email wondering if I had seen it. (which I hadn't) Thought I would let you folks here know about it. With my luck it is probably old news, but such is my luck..haha.

    So what is your opinion?

    I HEREBY CHALLENGE THE ELDERS

I Darrel Whitewolf, elder of Cherokee decent, with this powerful
message, hereby challenge the elders of all native nations. I hereby
petition for the immediate release of sacred information to all
humanity concerned for the immediate future of their families and loved
    ones.

At the risk of having many arrows shot in my direction, I send this
    message.

I am an old warrior who is no stranger to battles.

It has been brought to my attention that the elders at this time are
preparing the last ceremonies. The Hopi who have no word in their
vocabulary for the future and are preparing to go underground. The
Ojibwa and the Lakota are saying that we are at the end. They say and I
quote "Go back and tell the people it is no longer the eleventh hour".
It is said that the blue star (katchina) has arrived and the "Purifier"
(a large celestial body) follows. It's time for the "CLEANSING" THE
    "THIRD SHAKING".

It is time to tell the people about the arrival of the watchers from
the skies who don't look like us and the ones underground as well.
I have heard that White Buffalo Calf Woman has returned. I have been
told to teach the stories of creation and how we must become together
as one. This is not enough.

Chief Lookinghorse has delivered his messages at sacred sites all over
the world but it is still unclear to non indian people just what is
happening now, this very year, maybe even this very next month.

It is perfectly clear to me but who will believe one person?

It is not enough to quote verses from the bible. It is not enough to
tell the old stories. It is not enough to talk about the animals and
what it means when a certain one shows up in your life.

I think I can safely say that I speak for all readers here when I
challenge you for the plain and simple truth about what is about to
happen. No more Bible verses from the unbalanced cross brought by the
ones who stole our land, raped our women and killed our children. The
    ones manipulated by the watchers.

No more old stories. No more codes.

People do not want to hear this nonsense any longer because time is too
short. I know that you know. I also know that there is still prejudice
in the hearts of some of you and you do not want non-indian people to
    know these things.

It is time and the time is now for you to speak clearly and decisevely
in releasing the information needed for people of all nations to
prepare themselves practically, safely, physically and spiritually.

There is talk that the Pope is giving his final blessings. He speaks of
the fact that "Wormwood" (Planet X) has arrived. There is talk that
supposed astronomers are watching something large speeding toward
Earth. There is clear and unmistakable evidence that the skies day and
night have suddenly changed dramatically. The moon has changed its
orbit and appears in the west sky now when it rises. The stars are
turning around in the sky at night and moving slower. The Earth Mother
    staggers like a drunk.

With great respect to the Creator, I bow to him in a humble way and ask
for guidance in these matters not for me but for my brothers and
    sisters, my friends and families.

With great respect for the elders I ask you to put this knowledge forth
and back up your words which say Mitakoye Oyasin. We are all your
brothers and sisters. Will you leave us behind, only knowing half
    truths?

Grandfather forgive me if I have offended as this message comes from my
heart and the Spirit of Crazy Horse inside me speaking. Grandfather
forgive those who still hold contempt for the white man, the black man,
    the red and the yellow.

We send our prayers to you with the smoke from the sacred pipe on the
wings of our brother Awahili, the Eagle.

I ask that you keep all of us here in your presense now and for ever.

Let the truths become clear to all.

    Wado, Wakan Tanka, Aho

That is all I have to say.

    Darrel Whitewolf
When you turn your back on me, don't expect me to care what you think!!

    Cherokee or Lakota

Well, he says he's Cherokee but then says he speaks with the 'Spirit of Crazy Horse' inside of him. Last time I checked Tashunka Witko was Oglala Lakota. Sounds a little confused to me. A bit wannabe-ish but that is just an impression since I don't know the individual. His whole discourse sounds a bit hysterical to me. My apologies if the gentleman is for real and sincere.

What the hell is that crap! Arvol Lookinghorse is very clear with his statements, his beliefs. I am behind him.

This sounds like a typical wannabee to me who don't like what is said from true ndns, just like these ones on here. I have posted my thoughts and beliefs on here without mentioning any names and I get responses from the wannabees all teed off. Same with this article. pfffffffft! Looks like that person don't like what Arvol Lookinghorse stands for. Well too bad. If everyone would go back to their physical bloodline and live the way the Creator gave them at birth, the world would be a happier place.

        Miiweh.

Um, we don't have any whitewolf elders out here in Cherokee,NC. If this guy was a cherokee elder why isn't he calling on the beloved mothers? This is about as confusing as bringing the sundance down here to NC from SD or is it ND? I don't knwo but for this guy to be a self proclaimed elder and then demanding of elders who the hell does he think he is!!
I'm sorry but I really get riled up about how people act when it comes to elders!

                Food 4 Thought......

A number of people down through His Story were considered at the time as a couple of sandwiches short of a picnic, however a certain number of them are now known and respected for their insight....Just a point to ponder....I refuse to accept the gloom and doom prophecy....

                I like these words;

Live your life that the fear of death
                can never enter your heart.
Trouble no one about their religion.
                Respect their vision
and demand that they respect yours.
Love your life, perfect your life,
Beautify all things in your life.
Seek to make your life long
and of service to your people.
Prepare a noble death song for the day
when you go over the great divide.
Always give a word or sign of salute when meeting
or passing a friend, or even a stranger, if in a lonely place.
Show respect to all people, but grovel to none.
When you rise in the morning, give thanks for the light,
for your life, for your strength.
Give thanks for your food and for the joy of living.
If you see no reason to give thanks,
                the fault lies in yourself.
Touch not the poisonous firewater that makes wise ones turn to fools
and robs the spirit of its vision.
When your time comes to die, be not like those
whose hearts are filled with fear of death,
so that when their time comes they weep and pray
for a little more time to live their lives over again
                in a different way.
Sing your death song, and die like a hero going home.

                Tecumseh.....

Actually, there is a speech out on the internet attributed to Arvol Looking Horse that sounds very similar to this. In fact, I think the website belonged to a White Wolf who was revering Arvol. I'm trying to find it just to see what the comments actually were; but it was out there at one time.

Speeches of Chief Arvol-Sundance by Tribes who don't have this tradition

Well, I did find some reputable speeches. They don't apply to this Challenge to the Elders, but they are germane to our lives today. Here is the first...

Statement from Chief Arvol Looking Horse

I, Chief Arvol Looking Horse of the Lakota, Dakota and Nakota Nation would like to offer a statement concerning the violation against the Sacred Sundance Ceremony at Big Mountain, Arizona.

The Sacred White Buffalo Calf Bundle that I care for consists of the Seven Sacred Rights and one of them is the Sundance. Because of this responsibility, my work is toward World Peace and Global Healing, as our ceremonies are connected to the Sacred Mother, including her well being preserved for generations to come. The Sacred Tree represents all life upon Mother Earth. A very important protocol in putting up the Sacred Tree with it's offerings of prayers for all life including health for our relatives, is that the ceremony and energy must not be broken or stopped. This ceremony has been with Sacred Bundle for nineteen generations. We have shared this ceremony for health and well being with other Indigenous Nations to bring spiritual awareness and strength back to Nations. When I heard of the Hopi Nation's attitude and violations to a spiritual ceremony, I had to realize that it was not the Hopi Nation, but rather a group of people who have been affected by the "disease of the mind". This disease that has spread throughout Turtle Island to many Honorable Nations that have made decisions affecting relationships toward their own "brothers and sisters" of Indigenous Nations, including the violation toward our Mother Earth. In my Peace works I was honored to sit with many Hopi Traditional Elders, including the late Thomas Banyanca, who had the most deepest respect for all ceremonies, as we shared the Sacred C'anupa together. We understood that our work and message was the same. His concern for his people violating their own culture and traditions was the same as mine. There are many other "Traditional Hopi" who understand the proper protocol to ceremonies and would not think and do anything toward violating one another in interrupting a Sacred Right. So this brings my thoughts to those who do not understand who they are as a Hopi, a person that holds a bloodline to their Ancestors that walked in honor and in harmony. Many Nations, have these kinds of people that are not aware of the blood that carry in their veins and responsibility to bring honor to their people by making wise decisions based on compassion, understanding and respect. This makes me realize that the people making these decisions have another motive based on the material world, which brings unbalance to our Mother the Earth. They only need to understand that these prayers made at all ceremonies are for their children's health as well. Prayers need to be offered to "our people" that have become lost in their spirit and identity as an Indigenous Nation of this Turtle Island. Our prayers are strong and to react the same as them will not resolve anything, but bring more division and confusion. My prayer is for this issue to be resolved in a most Peaceful way and honor to all Nations represented will heal and communicate for Peace and Harmony. In a Sacred Hoop of Life, where there is no ending and beginning! Mitakuye Oyasin (all my relations),

                        Chief Arvol Looking Horse,

19th Generation Keeper of the Sacred White Buffalo Calf Pipe

                          Speeches of Chief Arvol-World Peace

                          is this for real?

                          Message from Arvol Lookinghorse

Statement for World Peace and Prayer Day 2001

For the sake of future generations, we have come to this place of great urgency!

When I was twelve years old, words of prophecies were instilled in me by our Spiritual Elders of that time, concerning drastic changes that would come to all life upon Mother Earth.

These changes are here with us today. I was told that a sign of these changes called the cross-roads would come to pass when the spirit of the White Buffalo Calf Woman would once again stand upon Mother Earth, which I never believed that I would witness. The first white buffalo was born in 1994 and since then eight have been born.

From our Sacred Alters I am devastated for my relatives to the four directions, how life of Peace and Harmony is our hands for the future of our children and looks very bleak. I have witnessed the last stages of beautiful cultures and traditions that have maintained the connection to Mother Earth are now in the stages of dark times.

Our ceremonies directed us to call upon many Nations to recognize the power and spiritual connection of the Sacred Sites that dwell every 100 miles upon Mother Earth in order to create an energy shift to bring back the balance of life. We now realize that it will take this kind monumental effort, along with prayers and belief to heal the O-zone layer that is depleting every moment causing these drastic changes toward all life, including the negative influences in our minds toward on another.

I have witnessed the growth in the disease of the mind, which has caused much suffering to Mitakuye Oyasin (all our relations meaning ALL life). I have been very moved by the participation of Nations sponsoring their own WPPD ceremony at their Sacred Sites, which continues to grow in our Global community, since we began this ceremony in 1996 on Turtle Island (Americas), but more awareness needs to take place.

This year is a continuing journey of this important event on June 21st, around the world to four continents of the four colors of relatives; we have always represented these colors in our sacred ceremonies. We begin this journey in Lower Pertwood, England in Europe and the following years of the June 21st ceremony will be in Africa, Australia, and Japan then back to Turtle Island (Americas) for a thank you ceremony.

I pray that as we visit the different Nations on their Homelands, we will continue to awaken their spirituality and the importance of their Sacred Sites, in building our relationship toward healing our Sacred Mother Earth and bring back the dignity of respecting one another!

I Chief Arvol Looking! Horse of the Lakota, Dakota and Nakota Nation, humblely ask that the spirit of great Nations help us to heal our sacred Mother Earth (Unci Maka).

Reverend Yamato, a Shinto Priest from Japan has heard my plea and is now working along with me. He is now sponsoring a Global Peace Walk one week prior to the WPPD event site.

I call upon other Spiritual Leaders to work together on this urgent endeavor!

In the Sacred Hoop of Life, where there is no ending and no beginning!

                          Mitakuye Oyasin,

                          Chief Arvol Looking Horse,

19th Generation Keeper of the Sacred White Buffalo Calf Pipe

                            Tipi Tender,
Yes, I think this is for real, I myself was blessed enough to have a very life influencing vision that year in 1994 when a white buffalo calf was born. I think mainly what is being said is that all the nations of this earth need to begin to appreciate one anothers right to their own spiritual beliefs, and also to begin to respect the earth who is the mother of all human beings. Regardless of what religion one follows you will find a similar thread in that the majority of them believe that we all come from earth/dirt. Hopefully people will begin to realize the destruction that we humans past present and future are causing to our earth before she either dies or cleanses herself of us. Many people like to capitilize on this reality which just goes to show how far into our greed and materialistic attitudes we have fallen. Unfortunately this actually detracts from the fact that as a collective people (all the nations of the world) we can, by making certain lifestyle changes, heal our earth and live peacefully with each other. Hopefully we will be able to avoid the desperate thinking of some wacko's and actually make those changes and teach our children to live a more accepting, loving life as well as educate them in proper care of all of our mother Mother Earth.

                            just my 2 little pennies....
