Goggy - over on Facebook the format will get you into people's lifestyle, but like OLC advises; beware of agendas.
FBI=Face Book Indians
I have met a Czech? (oops) lady that is highly skilled in media, her passion being Native American history. Her vid I watched this morning was amazingly powerful. She obviously has a network of FB friends you can join...then you grow from there.
Don't leave PWS, stay in the loop.

There is a huge range of cultures and experiences in Native North America -- 500+ nations. You have asked for a the equivalent of a forum discussing the history and cultures of Eurasia.
Further, I would offer my standard disclaimer about this type of information on the internet. On various Native subjects the signal to noise ratio is horrendous. Much of what is out there is New Age, wannabe fantasies.
Here are a few online Native papers:

Indian Country Today
Lakota Country Times

I can off course read books about this, but I prefer to read the posts made by individuals.
