I think men have a more difficult time dealing with stuff like this than women do. Men are supposed to be the "protectors" and keep the women and children safe. When something like this happens, they aren't sure how to handle it, so they just avoid it.

    I understand it must be hard for her family to deal with, too. I don't know how I would feel if a loved one did something this awful. Thanks for the update. I've been thinking about you and wondering how things were going.

      Good point. I wouldn't handle it legally, either.
