Okie, for all you people who want to know what the Kiowa Dispatch is: it is a "non affiliated" document of complaints within the Kiowa Tribal offices in Oklahoma. I am assuming it is sent to many Kiowa Tribal members (somehow they have my home address).
I shrugged it off the first time I received one, not that I wasn't concerned, but I decided someone was just venting and slightly ranting. I got another one this month, and now I’m a bit concerned. Will someone update me on how bad it really is there (I'm sort of far away to really know what is going on)? I've read some horrible things which are hard for me to believe are true, to some extent. But, I could really use a good honest and open minded opinion and statement of what really is happening.
